Two arrests were made following a number of break-ins in the Buncrana area over the weekend.

A man was arrested and questioned following a break-in at The Drift Inn on Saturday night and the investigation is ongoing. 

The following night at around 10.00pm a man was apprehended at the rear of Macís Book Shop & Newsagents with a number of minor items but was promptly arrested by GardaÌ.
