Yoga
Yoga classes will be starting soon in the Community centre in Quigleys Point and it will be a great way to help strengthen and tone your body while relaxing and de-stressing the mind. A sponsored row will take place in from Prehen to Greencastle in aid of self help development international on Saturday June 30th at 9AM, weather permitting. The row will get to Greencastle between 1.30pm and 2pm. Entertainment will be provided at Greencastle with bouncy castles and the big red bus to name but a few. Rowers from all around the Irish coast including rowers that have rowed the Atlantic will be taking part. All life belts must be worn by the rowers at all times. The pleasure boat, The Tucan, will accompany the rowers to Greencastle. The trip will last 4 and half hours. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided on board. There will be walkers for the self help development international walking from Muff to Greencastle also. There will be refreshments in the Church Hall in Moville in the evening after the row has finished. Your support in this event will be greatly appreciated.
